NOV 20 '25 UPDATE:

One of our main containers carrying Batch 1 T-shirts, Knitted Sweaters and the Banners was loaded and shipped Nov 1st, with an expected arrival of Nov 20. However on the 18th November, we got informed that the container had been delayed due to outbound customs inspections, and on the 13th of Nov, had been moved to a different vessel expected to arrive in Australia around the 2nd of December.

Typically, when this happens, we would change the freight to be sent by Air, but as the container had been loaded and gone through customs, we are not able to get the goods changed to air freight, and are stuck at the mercy of the freight line and agent. We are doing all we can to re-route extra stock where possible to work around this and get the oldest orders out as fast as possible. Once the container arrives in Australia, we typically give it around a week for it to be taken off the ship, cleared through customs, and then delivered to us. We are expecting this container to ideally arrive around the 6th - 10th December

Sorry for any miscommunication about this, we were not aware of the delay until the 18th of Nov and we are disappointed in the freight agent for not letting us know earlier. Items in this container are noted below under the individual Item progress updates.

When possible and financially viable, we have been splitting orders into multiple shipments as items arrive, however this is not always possible, or affordable. For example we can’t cover $20 in shipping, to send a sticker now, and a tshirt in a couple days. But we are doing this for as many orders as we can.

Batch 1 Hoodie stock has been received, and orders containing Batch 1 hoodies have been shipped, or split into partial shipments where cost is viable. If you have an order with the Batch 1 Hoodie, and it has not been shipped, this likely means that the cost to split the shipment for you is too high and / or we expect the last remaining items for your order to arrive soon enough to not justify splitting the shipment.

A full Container of Batch 2 Hoodies is on COSCO Rotterdam 206s ETA 6-10th December 2025 - this is about 70% of Batch 2 and should cover orders before #17400

The remaining 30% of Batch 2 Hoodies had to go into the next container. ETA around 13th - 15th December - This stock is for orders after #17400

Skateboards are finishing production by 25th November at latest. Then it will be sent by air to Australia with expected arrival at the distribution centre by 3rd - 5th December. 

ALL Plushies BATCH 1 ETA 27TH NOV TO AUS WAREHOUSE - BATCH 2 CURRENT ETA 5TH / 6TH DEC TO AUS WAREHOUSE
My lord these plushies have been slow and are the thing holding us up. We had enough delays with them that batch 1 and 2 turned into just one big order produced at the same time. All stock has been completed on 20th November 2025, and stock for Batch 1 orders has been shipped by express Air Freight to the distribution centre with ETA 27th November assuming no delays in customs etc. Stock for Batch 2 orders is being sent by a cheaper air freight service with an eta around 5th / 6th December to align with the other Batch 2 items arriving.
