Sydney Central Park - Loading Dock Access
The loading dock entrance IS ON A DIFFERENT STREET to the address of our physical premises.
Security in charge of dock access: 02 8580 0159 (or 8580 0160)
IGNORE THE MAXIMUM HEIGHT SIGN. There is a sign saying the maximum height is 3.5m, however this is only in regards to a private area at the back of the dock for woolworths trucks only. If you are delivering to us, the front area of the dock is around 4m high and can be accessed by ignoring the hanging height sign at the entry.
ALL GOODS MUST BE DELIVERED TO THE OFFICE DIRECTLY via Loading Dock
**If you are delivering or collecting pallets or Large crates, it can be accepted at the dock, but you will need to ring our office doorbell to get someone to sign for it.
Typical Office Hours 10am - 6pm Weekdays
**Deliveries can be accepted 24 hours through use of Doorbell intercom and securely left inside the tenancy. Please do not leave items at the Loading Dock
There is NO FORKLIFT on Site. Please send Tail-Lift Truck. Pallet Jack available on site.

Drive underground to the dock & park in the Area marked in the Photo.
Once Parked, the Elevator is on your right in a corridor between the Bin rooms
Make sure you take the RETAIL ELEVATOR. This is labeled Lift No. 16.

Take the Elevator to Level 1
Exit from Back of House and turn right into Retail area.
Our Office is accessible from a discreet black door between Massage World and W cosmetics.
Once you reach the door, PLEASE RING THE DOORBELL and we will open the door for you.
Please allow around 30 seconds for someone to answer. The doorbell will keep trying all our different staff until someone answers for you.
