Click and Collect Orders are not from the Retail stores. They are available at our head office in Sydney CBD @ Central Park Mall. 

Step 1 - Head to Central Park Mall (Same mall as Fortress Sydney)
Step 2 - Go to LVL 1 (same floor as Daiso)
Step 3 - Go to Black Door between W Cosmetics and Massage World. 
Step 4 - Ring Doorbell

Once you reach the door, PLEASE RING THE DOORBELL and we will open the door for you. 

Please allow around 30 seconds for someone to answer. The doorbell will keep trying all our different staff until someone answers for you.
