Just a couple of reminders before you shop!

Stock is limited so please double, triple, check before you hit check out! We’ll do our best to accommodate size swaps or order modifications before orders are shipped out, but exchanges are not always guaranteed! We will begin shipping orders once the store closes, so please contact us with any changes before then. 

Please also note that we may not be able combine orders like we have in the past (。ᵕ ◞ _◟) 

Order cancellations aren’t always allowed. Hey, we get it, last minute changes happen or if you’re like me who’s prone to the occasional post-shop clarity, you might think that the purchase isn’t the best choice after all and while we truly understand the situation and will do our best to help out, sometimes it is just out of our control, such as when your order has already been shipped, or production for pre-orders have already been placed. So, please, make sure that you’re 200% sure before finalising your order.

Speaking of pre-orders and production schedules, some situations are just out of our control. Natural catastrophes, legal stuff, freight schedules, holidays, (idk politics?) etc etc can cause delays. We do our best to stay on schedule but we’re only a small business. We can only do so much. We’re not wishing for delays (let’s not jinx it!) and we’re hoping that orders get to our customers faster and better than the last round. So please don't be rude to us or our support team if situations out of our control happen.

Please keep an eye out for your local post offices. They should be delivering it to you, but in the event it gets taken to a pickup point and is left uncollected and is not due to our fault, it will be sent back to us. Unfortunately, when that happens and you want your order re-shipped, we may need to collect the shipping fee again PLUS a handling fee as the shipping carriers charge us for the freight to send the item back to us, and then we need to spend time repacking and re-shipping to you. 

We have very limited access to the orders once they’re handed to the Postal service / Courier, especially when they fly overseas, and while we do our best to minimize and cover duties in advance where we can, we can’t always predict what your local government will do. We’ll still help out as much as we can, but you may be responsible for other duties that are out of our control. 

We also try to be on top of updates. If time drags and you think it’s sus that you haven’t heard from us, please check your spam/trash/outbox/etc, our mails could just be misrouted. 

Sales of items which are discounted are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Auction items must be paid for once the auction closes, and may be shipped seperately to other items. 

Returns / Defects - If a product is genuinely faulty or the wrong size, please try and retain all labels and tags. Frequently things sell out, and then the only way we can assist is to offer repairs sometimes. Typically if it's something small and repairable, we will arrange a local repair shop to fix it for you and we would cover the cost. However sometimes, we may not be able to repair, or replace the item, in which case we can offer other options. 


For Faults / mistakes on our part, we will cover costs to send replacements, but if you picked the wrong size, and there isnt anything wrong with the item, we may need to charge a small return shipping cost or restocking fee depending on the condition of the item.
